How We Perform

The results of our 2011 Customer Survey are now in, and the results are fantastic!
With big improvements from the last survey, overall 93% of our customers are satisfied with us. The individual category results are shown below. We aren't resting on our laurels though, as we are working hard to deliver many more improvements in time for next year's survey.
The last two categories are the responsibility of our partners at Warrington Borough Council and we are working with them to see what we can do to improve these figures.
