FAQ

How much does it cost to hire a bus?

The private hire cost of a bus depends on which vehicle you wish to hire, and is calculated by the mileage and hour. The price is individually tailored to each customer’s requirements so please get in touch for a quote.

Which areas do your buses cover?

We are located in Warrington, Cheshire and our standard and vintage buses cover trips up to 50 miles from base. This includes Cheshire, South Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside and North Wales. Our open topper travels UK-wide.

Can we take a look at the bus before we book?

We have lots of photographs of our buses we can send to you. If you still want to see our buses in person you are welcome to view our buses before you book. Please call in advance to make an appointment during our office hours, which are 9am-5pm Monday-Thursday and 9am-4pm Friday.

Are we allowed to drink on the bus?

Not usually, however if you are planning to hire out the bus for a wedding then moderate alcohol consumption is usually allowed (e.g. a glass of champagne). All we ask is that you use plastic glasses and take any rubbish away with you when you leave the bus.

How much is the deposit?

The deposit is 25% of the hire fee and the balance must be paid 14 days before the hire operates. If you make a booking less than a month before the trip is due to operate, we will ask for the balance in full at the time of booking.

How can we pay?

Payment can be made using either card or by cheque.

Can we decorate the bus?

We are happy to arrange for the interior of our vintage bus to be decorated with ribbons and flowers to suit your colour scheme and tastes. Our open topper has external advertising panels and we can arrange for these to be printed with your message.

Do you operate in rural areas?

We do operate in rural areas, however if you are hiring the vintage bus or open top bus we will need to check that the destination is suitable as low trees or overhead obstructions can cause a problem.
